ns2 configure lame

ns2 ./configure was failing on tcl in Debian. Having installed tcl8.4-dev and tk8.4-dev:

ln -s /usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.4/init.tcl /usr/lib/tcl8.4
ln -s /usr/share/tcltk/tk8.4/tk.tcl /usr/lib/tk8.4
